Yes, we sell to the US and UK and NZ and Asia and Europe and every country. You can access these destinations when you go through the checkout process.

How do I convert Australian dollars into my currency?
There is a currency converter menu choice on the main menu where you can work out how much your swimsuit will cost for selected currencies. The rate used is only an approximation as rates fluctuate daily. Your credit card/bank will convert the currency automatically when you make the purchase using rates applicable at the time.
If you select a currency from the list provided, the approximate price for that country will be displayed when viewing styles
What are the shipping charges for local and overseas destinations?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight for each item.
Within Australia, we deliver by Australia Post Express Post, next day delivery.
- For 1–2 items (not exceeding 500g) – AUD$6.00.
- Approx. 2–5 items (not exceeding 1kg) – AUD$10.00.
- Approx. every 2 extra items thereafter incur an extra AUD$5.00.
- For 1–2 items (not exceeding 500g) – AUD$6.00.
- Approx. 2–5 items (not exceeding 1kg) – AUD$10.00.
- Approx. every 2 extra items thereafter incur an extra AUD$5.00.
All deliveries outside Australia can be sent via International Airmail or FedEx International Courier.
International Airmail will arrive in about 2–4 weeks (usually closer to 2 weeks).

There is only one Sue Rice store in Sydney, Australia. We do not intend to open any more physical stores but offer you a simple and secure way to purchase from anywhere in the world through this online shop.

Do we make to order?
About a decade ago, we did.
Back then, we were at a crossroad. Many of our clients were asking us to provide swimwear for their particular needs and we noticed a few trends. Many of the same questions were being asked over and over. A niche was obviously not being met in the swimsuit market so a decision had to be made… we could continue to offer mainstream fashion swimwear for the average woman or tap into this niche we knew to exist – to provide swimsuits for the Real Woman with curves (or not). The rest is history. We decided to conduct a deeper ’research’ into women’s figures and what they/you really wanted in a swimsuit. We decided that the best way to do this was by making individual swimsuits for you.
Little did we know how popular it would become. We learnt a great deal about women’s figure types and their/your needs during the next few years. It was a very valuable experience and the swimsuits we offer today incorporate all of the lessons we learnt and continue to learn in our Glebe Shop.
Why did we stop? It became totally unworkable for many reasons. Mainly, the designers were being run down with an unsustainable workload and the original goal to provide that niche market with swimwear to fit the Real Woman was only being provided to a few. We had a grander vision to provide for the many!
We continue to receive requests for made–to–measure swimsuits on a daily basis. We are grateful for the experience but it is a thing of the past.
