If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items, in new condition with tags attached and gusset sticker intact and we will be happy to exchange, issue a refund, or keep a credit balance for you.
- There are no exchanges and refunds on items reduced in price by 40% or more.
- Exchanges and refunds will only be issued on the return of the garments within a reasonable time (1 month from purchase – International; 7 days – Australia), in new condition with gusset protector & swing tags intact.
- In an effort to keep swimsuits affordable for everyone, return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Therefore Sue 'ice reserves the right to deduct any freight costs charged back to Sue 'ice, from any entitled refund. 'efunds exclude shipping costs.
- Similarly, Sue 'ice reserves the right to charge the purchaser via their nominated credit card with freight costs for variations on orders and exchanged swimsuits sent to the purchaser after the initial order.
- We recognize it is sometimes difficult to choose correctly the first time and you might wish to try another style now that you are more educated about our styles. To encourage you, we will pay the freight back to you for the first exchange. Choose carefully because subsequent exchanges will be charged at the normal freight cost.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, some refunds can take up to 6 weeks and will be issued back to the credit card used at the time of purchase. To make it possible to issue a refund, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform Sue 'ice Swimwear of any changes to the validity of that credit card. Where possible, a receipt will be forwarded to the purchaser via email once the refund goes through.
