We aim to dispatch your order the same business day it is received or the next business day if it is received late. The options below show approximate delivery times after dispatch.

Within Australia for parcels up to 2 kg, we use Express Post. For parcels over 2 kgs, we use TNT Express. Allow 1-2 business days in metropolitan areas, longer for remote areas.

Outside Australia you can choose either FedEx International Courier (see note below), allowing 1-4 business days, or Airmail through Australia Post, allowing approx. 1-2 weeks.

Customs Duty and Taxes: Some countries may charge duty or taxes. These are in addition to the shipping charges with your order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these charges. Please ask your local department for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises. Airmail through Australia Post requires less documentation, therefore is less likely to attract these charges. International Courier deliveries like Fedex are more likely to incur extra customs charges, particularly in Canada, UK and Europe. In the USA, orders over AUD$250.00 can attract charges.
